However, if after 30 days of genuinely trying, you haven’t received a single response from the investors you reached out to, you may request a full refund -with the following terms and conditions:

âś… Eligibility Criteria for Refund

  1. No Investor Response:
    You must demonstrate that you received no replies (positive or negative) from any investor you emailed within 30 days of purchase.

  2. Personalized Emails Only:
    Refunds are only applicable if you sent genuine, personalized emails – not bulk, spammy, or generic messages. Each email should reference the investor’s name, fund, or past investments, and show clear intent.

  3. Clear Business Pitch:
    Your email pitch must be clear, concise, and aligned with a legitimate business idea that shows evidence of market potential or fit. We reserve the right to evaluate whether the pitch was reasonably investible.

  4. Proof of Emails Sent:
    To process a refund, you must provide:

    • Copies of the emails sent (at least 10 investors we randomly picked)

    • Date/time of sending

    • Email subject lines

    • Screenshots or headers verifying delivery

    • Confirmation that emails were sent from a business email address (not free domains like Gmail/Yahoo, unless justified)

❌ Refund Not Applicable If:

  • Emails were mass-sent or CC/BCC’d.

  • Emails were vague, templated, or AI-generated with no personalization.

  • You received any form of reply, even if it was a “not interested”.

  • Your business idea is clearly undeveloped, unclear, or lacks basic information.

  • More than 30 days have passed since the date of purchase.
